Indications

In principle, every client has the necessary tools to implement the desired changes in their therapy. As a therapist, I support rediscovering, stimulating, and focusing on these existing resources.

From a psychotherapeutic point of view, it is not uncommon for problematic behavior to become a habit after trying to solve previous problems. However, this habit does not apply to the current problem. Therapeutically, one can try to say goodbye to old habits and instead opt for currently helpful alternatives and incorporate them.
